Shipping Process:

Orders placed with Paul Kenzie before 12:00 PM are promptly delivered to UPS cargo on the same day for fast and reliable shipping. Orders received after 12:00 PM are processed and handed over to UPS cargo on the next business day.

For orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays, processing will take place on the following business day.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed and handed over to UPS cargo on the next business day.

Return Policy:

• In accordance with our return policies, underwear and swimwear products cannot be exchanged unless they are missing or faulty.

• Our products are packaged with an additional "you open it first" box. For hygiene and health reasons, products that have been removed from this box cannot be exchanged.

Return Process:

With the assistance of a Paul Kenzie customer representative, you can initiate the return of your products using the "UPS Courier Call" service through UPS Cargo's website. When providing company information, please specify "LEVERS VIRTUAL SHOPPING LTD" as the company name. You can hand over your product to the UPS courier at the door by using the return code that will be generated for you.

You can return the product free of charge using our contracted cargo company. After handing over your product to the cargo company, please remember to request the cargo tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of the shipment.
