GENERAL:

By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are considered to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (RG: 27.11.2014 / 29188), as well as other relevant laws, concerning the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

For purchases amounting to 500 TL and above, the seller will cover the shipping fees, which are the cost of product shipment.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the buyer or the indicated recipient at the specified address within the legal period of 14 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete and in compliance with the specifications stated in the order, accompanied by documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.

If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total price must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PRICE OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer fails to pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the buyer's credit card has been used unfairly by unauthorized individuals and the price of the product has not been paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller at the seller's expense within 3 days.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

If a force majeure event occurs that the seller could not foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be notified of the situation. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order and payment has been made in cash, the refund will be made in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation. However, it may take the bank 2-3 weeks to transfer the refund to the buyer's account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before accepting them, checking for any dents, broken or torn packaging, or other damages and defects. The delivered goods/services will be considered undamaged and intact once received. The buyer must handle the goods/services with care after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer has the right to exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to them or the person/organization at the specified address. They may reject the goods without any legal or criminal liability and without the need for any justification, as long as they notify the seller through the contact information provided below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: If the buyer purchases a service, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal.

The costs incurred in exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a written notification to the SELLER via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days. The product must not be used in accordance with the provisions outlined in the "Products Ineligible for the Right of Withdrawal" section of this contract.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The buyer must return the product along with the invoice (if the invoice is issued to a corporate entity, it must be returned together with the return invoice issued by the institution). Returns of orders with corporate invoices will not be completed without the return invoice.

The returned products must be complete, undamaged, and include the return form, original packaging, box, and standard accessories, if any.

RETURN CONDITIONS: The SELLER is obligated to refund the total price and any documents that put the BUYER under debt within a maximum of 10 days from receiving the withdrawal notification, and to retrieve the goods within 20 days.

If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is responsible for compensating the SELLER's damages in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes or deterioration caused by the proper use of the goods or the product within the right of withdrawal period.

If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the purchase amount to fall below the limit required for a campaign, any discount obtained under the campaign will be cancelled.

PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Underwear bottoms, swimwear and bikini bottoms, makeup materials, disposable products, goods that have a risk of quick spoilage or have an expiration date, products that are unsuitable for health and hygiene and have been opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that have been mixed with other products and cannot be separated due to their nature, except for those provided within the scope of a subscription agreement, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, services performed instantly in electronic media or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables. Once the packaging of these items is opened by the BUYER, they cannot be returned in accordance with the regulations. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have started to be performed with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, in accordance with the regulations.

To return underwear products, swimwear, and bikinis, their packaging must remain unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES: The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that in the event of default in credit card payment transactions, they will be liable to pay interest as per the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the bank, and may be subject to legal actions initiated by the bank. In such cases, the relevant bank may request costs and attorney's fees from the BUYER. Furthermore, if the BUYER defaults on their debt, the BUYER agrees to compensate the SELLER for any losses incurred due to the delayed performance of the debt.
